Corporate Fast 2025

To fast is to abstain from anything that hinders our walk with God. It is the practice of self-denial. In biblical times fasting aided the believer in becoming a channel of power. Indeed fasting is a private matter between an individual and God; however, a corporate fast can be a powerful experience that enables God to release His promises because of the humility of men and women.
We Fast.....
* To loose the bands of wickedness.
* To undo the heavy burdens.
* To let the oppressed go free.
* To break every yoke.
 Isaiah 58

During the period of  January 6-15, 2025, you are encouraged to:
** Start your morning with prayer.
**Eat any variety of fruits, vegetables, and grains.
** Drink at least 8 glasses of  water  per day.
** Spend time in daily devotions, reading the suggested scriptures and other portions of God’s Word.
** Meditate on the Word.
** Listen only to Gospel music, preaching and/or teaching.
** End your evening before going to sleep with prayer.
** If you have any questions about your fitness to fast, please consult your physician.

Also, be a witness during this time of consecration.
If it’s God’s heart you desire,
Lost souls you must learn to cherish;
For the heart and will of the Father
Is that not one soul should perish.
“Say not ye, there are yet four months, and then cometh harvest? Behold, I say unto you, lift up your eyes, and look on the fields; for they are white already to harvest.” John 4:35

¨ Pray for those who have authority over us (city, state, government).
¨ Pray for the peace of Jerusalem.
¨ Pray that the anointing will increase in Pastors Terrence and Taunya’s lives for miracles.
¨ Pray for NSR Elders, Ministers, Deacons, Officers and their family members.
¨ Pray that Pastors Terrence and Taunya will walk in wisdom like never before.
¨ Pray for the favor of God in the life of every member and supporter of New Solid Rock.
¨ Pray that every member of this house will have their houses overtaken by the prosperity of God. Pray for an invasion of God’s prosperity into the lives of every member of NSR.
¨ Pray for the deliverance from debt in the life of every member of NSR.
¨ Pray for countless numbers of souls to be saved through evangelism and come to NSR. Pray for the services on Sunday, Wednesday and Thursday that there will be countless numbers of souls in attendance hungry for God’s Word.
¨ Pray that we reach countless number of souls for Jesus through email, social media platforms, radio, T.V., newsletters and conference calls and the harvest from our outreach ministries.
¨ Pray for divine health for every member of our church.
¨ Pray for a hunger and thirst for God’s Word and God’s anointing in our church.
¨ Pray for the expansion of the church(church property, contractors, lawyers, bankers and architect).
¨ Pray that our outreach ministries will operate at full capacity and never go below.
¨ Pray for the teenagers, children, young adults, and Seniors  of NSR.
¨ Pray that money through tithes, offerings, and grants will come unto the church.
¨ Pray that every individual that plants a seed in this ministry will be blessed beyond measure.
¨ Pray for the Lords’ presence  and continued favor as we work to enter our permanent worship edifice in the coming months.
¨ Pray for our New Church Home in 2024!
